Vista Ridge - A Golfer's Paradise! 

Vista Ridge is a subdivision in Erie, most of the original homes were built in 2004 and 2005, although there is plenty of more recently built homes in the neighborhood, as well as homes still being built on raw land lots as of this writing in 2018. The neighborhood consists of approximately 1,000 properties, ranging in price from $500,000 to $1.5 million. Vista Ridge is an area of choice for those working in Boulder that would prefer a bit more rural feel while still being in a well-developed area, as well as those seeking a somewhat less pricey alternative to Boulder Real Estate prices. 

Neighborhood amenities include a Clubhouse and 2 pools, 4 tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, multiple children's playgrounds, all kept in very good condition. Discounted CO National Golf memberships are available to neighborhood residents, but are not a part of home ownership in the area upon initial purchase. CO National is a very high grade golf course, playing to as much as 7,500 yards, it also serves as the home course for the Colorado University NCAA golf teams, who have very well built onsite practice facilities of their own onsite in addition to the club facilities.  

Vista Ridge is an outstanding living option for anyone interested in living North of Denver, particularly those looking for a larger house for their money. Within ten minutes there are ample shopping and grocery options. The area is served by the St. Vrain School District, the following is a list of the area schools:
